Goals of project

The long-term vision is to create a globally recognized center for investment research for CFA Institute members, industry, experts, and the next generation of investment professionals.

What I did

I primarily worked on the onboarding experience, content strategy and personalization, and research center to drive innovation thought leadership, original research, advocate for market integrity, and provide a cohesive experience for topic-driven content engagement for CFA audiences.

03 CHALLENGES & REFLECTION
What I learned
Maintain a flexible mindset
  • Changes, unsure client requirements, and feedback fatigue are inevitable when working on a time-sensitive project. Nothing is set in stone and it's important to not get attached to design iterations!
Communicate constantly and effectively
  • Since we had time constraints on this project, it was pivotal to communicate to the client constantly and effectively. Good communication is key when delivering and presenting iterations to ensure that the product goals were met and understood by the team to move forward.
