optimized efficiency and integrated processes for marketers to plan and manage marketing campaigns
I joined IBM back in 2021 to work on Ruby. With it's primary use case being a centralized hub for starting local campaigns, managing campaign plans, inputs, assets, URLs, documents, and requests for assets and executions, one of the primary ongoing initiatives is to make doing that simple and integrated to accomplish.
On a high level, I worked on an end-to-end design process beginning with identifying user problems, auditing existing user flows, defining product and business goals, ideating and iterating solutions that fit these goals, then designing a final product.
During my scope of work, I've designed and managed multiple work-streams including CMS processes, re-designing the new look of future Ruby ft. Carbon Design System, and more!
